About our services

Next Chapter Web Studio offers website design packages and optional ongoing website care. Prices and descriptions on the website are indicative of the stated packages and do not automatically include domain registration, paid third-party tools, ongoing hosting or work outside the agreed scope unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Quotes and scope

Before any project begins, we will agree the deliverables, number of pages, revisions, timescale, price and any external costs in writing. Additional work may require a separate quotation.

Payment

Any deposit, payment schedule, invoicing arrangements and final balance will be set out in the individual project agreement before work starts. No particular deposit amount is promised by this website.

Customer materials

Clients should provide content and images they have permission to use, and check their website information for accuracy. Copyright ownership and any licence for completed work will be stated in the project agreement.

Revisions and changes

Included revisions, approval stages, delays, cancellation arrangements and refunds will be defined in the written agreement for each project, subject to applicable consumer law.

Website care

Monthly care plans are optional. The tasks, response expectations, exclusions, cancellation notice and billing arrangements must be agreed separately. Major redesigns and new features are not automatically included.

Portfolio demonstration

The Copper Peacock is a fictional restaurant website created as a design demonstration; it is not presented as a real client engagement.
